The location really is great.. it's perfect for exploring the area. The bed featured unbelievably comfortable linens. The housekeeping team kept everything perfect, a detail i certainly noticed.

The street outside could get noisy at night with music going until late.

the location was acceptable. it was close to many local spots.

I found the noise levels unacceptable. The music from the nearby establishments continued until the early hours. this disturbance made it difficult to rest properly. additionally, the room lacked tea and coffee facilities. this absence was inconvenient for early mornings when i desired a quick beverage.

The curtain was broken so light was coming in (i reported it twice, nobody fixed it).

the location was ideal. the hotel had unique character. breakfast was good and the room service met my needs.

i checked in at 5pm. there was no normal reception. i carried two heavy suitcases up stairs and nobody helped me.
